Amazon.in Seller Experience & Fulfillment team is looking for a Software Development Manager to join us and provide technical leadership across several high impact areas in the Seller Experience & Fulfillment Tech team. You should know how to prioritize, communicate clearly and compellingly, and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong team. A high level of ownership and accountability is a must.
In your role, you will be a leader of several complex and diverse technology initiatives including both grounds-up build-out and building solutions on top of existing retail tech services. You will also lead the proactive identification of problem spaces across areas and drive innovative & scalable technology solutions to alleviate the same. You will help drive the direction and overall development of a world class technology organization and be at the center of all key system level decisions.
Proven track record of hiring and managing diverse, deeply talented & high performing engineering teams
Breadth and depth of experience building and managing software systems and teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
10+ years of experience in software development
5+ years managing diverse software teams
Experience building and operating scalable infrastructure software or distributed systems
Experience in high-scale hiring and talent management on teams of multiple disciplines
