    Amazon’s Manage Your Experience team is working to deliver best-in-class post-purchase experience and drive engagement by offering enhanced utilities and controls for customers. This team offers individuals a unique opportunity to work on areas like machine learning, AI and big data while building highly available, scalable services and a compelling user experience.

    As a key team member, you will help architect, design and develop this experience where customers can manage and continuously derive value from their owned or entitled digital content, subscriptions and devices. As we try to innovate ways to engage our customers better, you will have opportunities to build recommendations for cross-digital categories using machine learning and to build a more personalized experience for customers by learning and making decisions on their behalf. Taking this immersive post purchase experience closest to the points where they matter most will mean you will be working on enabling these features on Echo and other Alexa enabled devices. You will have the opportunity to help our customers share and discover experiences on social platforms like finding new layers in a music-track I own due to the commentary of a friend, discovering new E-books due to recent review from a friend etc. Does this sound interesting?     Basic Qualifications

    • Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and 1+ years of experience, or Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of relevant work experience
    • 3+ years professional experience in software development
    • 2+ years of experience with object-oriented design and data structures
    • 2+ years of industry experience in, at least, one modern programming language, such as Java or C#

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Exposure to Front-end technologies like AngularJS, CSS and HTML.
    • Relentless customer focus.
    • Thrive in technically challenging and complex business environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a highly iterative, agile, and open team environment.
