    The Amazon Connectivity Solutions Group (CSG) is part of the Amazon Devices team, which designs and engineers high-profile consumer electronics, including the best-selling Kindle family of products. We have also produced groundbreaking devices like Fire tablets, Fire TV, Amazon Dash, and Amazon Echo. What will you help us create?

    Responsible for locating, researching and contracting new building/Societies suitable for acquisition and development and acquire potential customers through unique sampling based sales process.
    The ASSAM would be responsible for

    · Search for reliable channels partners and manage hyper local relationships.
    · Negotiation of commercial terms and business engagement terms with Channel partners.
    · Provide feedback to the Product and Technology leadership teams on Channel feedback, Voice of customers etc and ensure product & content improvements to continuously enhance customer experience.
    · Own marketing and merchandizing plans for channel.
    · Hire and Develop the best talent for sales expansion. Control and influence hiring decisions of channel partners
    · Own sales & society Activation numbers, develop Metrics to monitor the business
    · Root cause the issues and set-up Mechanisms to prevent the same from reoccurring.

    Basic Qualifications

    MBA with minimum 10+ years of experience in Sales both direct & retail & strategic alliances in a typical telecom company· with atleast 5 years of experience in starting or developing acquisitions channels, set up channel engagement process, channel incentive programs, rewards and recognition programs.
    · Experience in society & building acquisition.
    · Experience in negotiating across channel partners and agencies
    · Must have experience navigating through regulations to get societies launched across various segments
    · Must have experience hiring and leading a high performance sales team.
    · Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with teams across the organization, including Legal, information security, Finance, Product Management, and Senior Leadership.
    · Strong verbal and written communication skills
    · Ability to think big and launch “industry leading” ideas. Experience combining products or business assets in non-traditional ways to create new opportunities.
    · Ability to manage multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong bias for action.

    Preferred Qualifications

    · Exceptional analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
    · Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated experience in negotiation of letters of intent, purchase agreements and ground leases.
