Amazon Home Services (AHS), India: The vision for Amazon Home Services (AHS) is to transform how India buys high-consideration products online by offering them value-adding services throughout the product life-cycle. AHS launched in Mar 2017 with appliance installations and mobile after sales support for devices bought on Amazon. Today, we are focused on building a 5* rated service at scale across service categories and cities.

As an Account Management Associate, your primary role will be to work closely with the partners and help them deliver as per Amazon’s standards. In this role you will be expected to flag possible escalations, dive deep to recommend and implement corrective actions
As an additional responsibility, you will also need to interact with partners to explain the value proposition of the AHS Program and convince them to enroll for it, provided they meet the criteria. You are also required to understand the process in detail and educate partners on the business features and encourage adoption as per the goals taken by business team. Further, you will be required to manage and report data requests from the business teams. You will be responsible for delivering results against set targets.
The ideal candidate will have sales-ops experience, ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, comfortable working across multiple complex functions and capability to influence external parties. The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems, training other stakeholders on systems and processes and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. The candidate will be comfortable in executing repeatable processes.
