The ideal candidate will be experienced in hiring and managing a team of highly talented software developers working on both front end and backend services and advances distributed systems and/or transaction based systems. They will own and drive technical Architecture along with other Sr SDEs and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline • 8+ years of relevant engineering experience • 2+ years people management experience • Extensive Experience with Service design, OOD and object oriented languages • Prior experience with agile methodologies • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • A deep understanding of software development in a team, and a track record of shipping software on time. Experience in ML and related Engg systems a big plus.
