It then automatically forecasts the contacts, creates the headcount plans, agent schedules, calculates the GAP in supply Vs demand and suggests the best options available for the planners - all this with no human intervention. This helps planners take strategic and tactical decisions in minutes than weeks as it is today. The network will also be monitored in real time and System will take decisions to fix the issues automatically. Human intervention in the entire process is minimal.
