Role Description

This is an L&D position supporting one of our key businesses. The role requires engaging with leaders and managers across the globe to understand business groups, business needs and capability building requirements for all levels in the business. The role incumbent will design and implement training plans for leaders, managers, associates and others in conjunction with the geography based L&D teams / HRBPs. Here is a summary (not exhaustive) of some of the areas
  • Own end to end delivery of the L&D curriculum for the business that enables operating at scale and growth
  • Drive change management initiatives across geographies that are aimed at creating awareness and adoption of the L&D curriculum for the business
  • On an ongoing basis, engage with business leaders and managers to understand capability building requirements, design solutions and deploy as part of the curriculum
  • Build capacity for the curriculum offerings by assessing demand, setting up facilitator pools and scheduling sessions across geographies
  • Own and Facilitate programs for both junior and senior audiences
  • Engage with managers and employees to seek feedback and iterate on the curriculum design on a continuing basis
  • Track key metrics related to L&D (demand, participation, feedback, business impact etc.) and create an executive dashboard for communication to business leaders
  • Work with the KM team to deliver L&D offerings in the most effective way
  • Enable solutions that scale and drive the highest organizational leverage by exploring usage of technology enabled solutions on an ongoing basis
  • Engage with vendors for delivery of select associate level programs and setup governance mechanisms for tracking coverage and effectiveness
  • On a need basis, coach managers and build capability in areas that require deep reflection and on-the job application
  • Recognize and adopt best practices in the area of Learning and Development.
  • Align your work with business objectives and seek to deliver business value.
  • Deliver projects across business groups and centres. You may participate in cross-business initiatives.
  • Responsible for developing, refining and implementing talent, engagement and assimilation/on-boarding programs.

Basic Qualifications

· Postgraduate in HR / allied areas with at least 7+ years' experience in Learning and Development.
· Experience of independently designing and delivering large scale programs across levels
· This role requires strong conceptual depth and content development expertise
· Excellent organization and project management skills - this will require aggressive planning, organizing and coordinating, negotiating, establishing effective cross-team relationships, prioritization, and delivery against objectives.
· Adept at understanding customer needs and facilitating discussions with various stakeholders.
· Experience of having worked with stakeholders across geographies
· Experience of facilitating programs for managerial / leadership level audience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with using, administering and facilitating survey instruments and assessment tools, primarily, ESCI and ISI
