· Postgraduate in HR / allied areas with at least 7+ years' experience in Learning and Development.
· Experience of independently designing and delivering large scale programs across levels
· This role requires strong conceptual depth and content development expertise
· Excellent organization and project management skills - this will require aggressive planning, organizing and coordinating, negotiating, establishing effective cross-team relationships, prioritization, and delivery against objectives.
· Adept at understanding customer needs and facilitating discussions with various stakeholders.
· Experience of having worked with stakeholders across geographies
· Experience of facilitating programs for managerial / leadership level audience
