Job Description

The Ad Quality Operations team at Amazon is looking for highly motivated and talented candidates to participate in auditing/reviewing advertisements. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical & communication skills, attention to details, and a commitment to excellence. In addition, the candidate must be proficient in written and verbal English.
Follow pre-defined processes, guidelines, and SOPs to perform audit/review tasks with high levels of accuracy and productivity.
Good Data Analysis, Mining Skills and logical reasoning skills

Work flow management
Coordinating training & mentoring sessions
Mentoring and Coaching Skills

Providing input for process trainings.
Frequently reviewing work of new hires (with guidance of Supervisor) and providing on-going feedback
Handling Complex processes such as tickets & feedbacks.
Acting as SPOC for specific processes & write SOPs
Get cross trained on at least 1 new process in their respective language
Identifying the trends of errors and updating the team.
Work on weekly Reports and maintaining quality reports
Maintain Process metrics, performing analysis on these & identifying trends
Constantly working towards lowering defects and enhancing customer experience in multiple ways
Troubleshooting & resolving issues related to processes - act as Tier 2 support
Keeping parity in decisions across the team
Identifying new opportunities for process improvements in the team
Collecting feedback from the team and work towards improvement of the process
Good stakeholder communication.

Basic Qualifications


  • Graduate or equivalent.
  • Good Japanese speaking and written skills
  • Willingness to work with sensitive issues, including but not limited to:
  • Adult content, Religious and philosophically sensitive issues
  • Proficient in American English
  • Required language level: N2/BA/Advanced Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

Good awareness of Japanese culture and current affairs in order to identify items that are likely to be controversial to Japanese customers
· 0 to 2 years of working experience in online retail operations or similar fields.
· Candidate must demonstrate language proficiency in all the following: verbal, writing, reading and comprehension.
· Strong working knowledge of basic computer business applications such as MS Word and MS Excel, Outlook.
· Strong background in web search and familiarity with various ways used for searching for information
· Good data analysis skills and great attention to detail Oriented
· Familiarity with online retail (e-commerce)
