SLP coordinator has to audit for all possible losses in the facility and ensure proper corrective actions are being taken to control the losses within given permissible limit.
All SLP systems to be up & running and SR2 compliance to be maintained. and perform checks by carrying out penetration tests
Ensure Trainings are regularly conducted for Guard force and all related records are used appropriately
Competency profile for all the guards/extended team members are created and used to develop the team members
Ensure all statutory compliances w.r.t Guard force pay & allowances are monitored monthly and any deviations to be escalated to manager and or Agencies.
Conduct periodic meetings with Guard force agencies to review their performances and score them appropriately
Resource must have excellent investigation and interviewing skills.
Should be a keen learner and understand how to use the various investigative tools available within the organization.
Should carryout periodic Loss Prevention audits and share the reports
Regularly interact with Associates during stand ups to impart awareness on various SLP related matters and Do's & Don'ts
Should be able to identify process gaps which could lead to possible loss or pilferages
