Amazon is seeking a Head of Marketing, for Amazon Now as we build the team. We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative candidate to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to plan and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to scale Grocery for Amazon India. This role will work closely across functional teams with the Category team, Operations team, Seller team and Product team to plan and deliver key workstreams and goals across all elements of the marketing mix. The role has 2 Marketing managers and a Business Analyst reporting directly and influences multi-channel central marketing teams for online and offline marketing.
1 Drive planning and thought leadership at quarterly, annual and 3 year planning cycles.
2 Responsible for topline business goals: GMS growth, Customer base growth, and Customer segment behavior metrics, Cohort analysis and improvements and ReActivating customers.
3 Lead Marketing across Online (all channels, in partnership with channel teams), Offline (Mass marketing, in partnership with channel teams), Customer Insight, and Brand partnerships including onsite editorial content.
We operate a high-intensity and pace, as a startup within Amazon. The candidate must have brand experience in FMCG and online ecommerce/consulting experience with a highly analytical approach. The ideal candidate will be innovative, team oriented, an effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. We are seeking someone with demonstrated history of successful project ownership and using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
