As an Enterprise Partner Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to enable and grow our ecosystem of Amazon Partner Network (APN) group of Consulting Partners. These partners consist of some of the most innovative System Integrators (SIs) in the world building professional service practices on the Amazon Web Services (Amazon Web Services) platform in the cloud.
Responsible to drive success and growth in the Enterprise segment, through partners. The ecosystem of partners will cut across System Integrators, Advisory firms, ISVs, Application Development orgs & hence, all key alliances that are important in the transformation of an enterprise, to the cloud.
This will include recruiting new partners and managing and growing existing partnerships. This is a partner-facing role and the resource would work with the other internal stakeholders such as account team, business development teams, solution architecture, as he/she drives partner success in the enterprise segment.
Has to have the ability to call high, devise and execute strategies with partners for business in this segment. Expected to look at unique strengths and play, of each partner (& partner type) as relevant to enterprise customers and help suggest the right partners to drive enterprise customer success. Includes strategic business planning, sales execution and ensuring stellar project delivery with partners for enterprise customers.
This is not a partner manager role but rather a role to manage the partner ecosystem. There will be other resources who manage specific partners as partner manager and this role of PSM Enterprise is expected to work with them Roles and Responsibilities:
Ø Recruit new Consulting Partners including Web developers, digital agencies, value-added resellers (VARs), managed service providers, consultants and SIs.
Ø Effectively manage and measure a large number of partner enablement and go-to-market requests.
Ø Assist the SIs with their customer opportunities.
Ø Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (e.g. service teams, marketing, PR, legal, support, etc.) to further develop partner strategies and processes.
Ø Contribute to the development of our constantly evolving Emerging Partner Ecosystem.
Ø Understand and exploit the use of internal Amazon systems.
Ø Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks
Ø Develop long-term strategic partnerships in support of our key markets
