Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join the India CS Finance Team, based in Hyderabad, India. This person will be the point of contact for CS Finance in India, coordinating the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities for CS sites in India. This role will work closely with the operations teams at the sites to explain and drive financial performance. This position be driving various performance improvements through analytics facilitating the explanation of variances in contact volumes and costs.
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Drive and build monthly financial metrics, analyze variances to forecast and communicate to senior management on key drivers
  • Manage data in financial systems, and create insightful reports to drive business decisions
  • Reconcile financial reports across different businesses; drive process improvements, automation, and consistency
  • Drive regular metrics reviews, as well as analytical support through deep-dive analyses

Basic Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in positions that require analysis, including internships
  • Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to build and work with financial models
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, or Cognos)
  • Experience in problem solving and root cause analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable items.
