Job Description

Amazon India Seller Services is looking for an organized, creative and passionate Social Media Engagement Lead to manage the seller engagement channels. This position collaborates with stakeholders across the business to create, organize, record and post content for social platforms of Amazon India sellers. This role is focused on developing and executing innovative social media strategies and driving best-in-class seller experience and engagement.
We are looking for a passionate digital strategist who has experience managing digital and social engagement campaigns. The role also requires excellent project management skills, aptitude for data-analysis, keen eye for compelling and innovative content (written and visually), and passion for continuous learning. The team culture is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering results.

· Co-ordinate with various cross-functional teams working with sellers to acquire relevant content for posts with the aim to drive seller to seller engagement and also for query resolution, sharing information, feedback and new updates.
  • Write creative and engaging content for different social platforms utilizing internal knowledge repositories.
  • Maintain strong up-to-date knowledge of seller ecosystem and internal processes.
  • Organize and maintain the content calendar.
· Manage and drive activities on the social media engagement channels like Facebook and drive seller engagement and help sellers better understand Amazon processes and services.
· Reach out to sellers of Amazon India to introduce them to the social groups.
· Monitor groups and channels at the real-time, on a daily basis to track & report weekly and monthly metrics

Basic Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce required.
  • Knowledge of and experience with all top social media platforms.
  • Attention to detail and understanding of subtleties across the various social sites.
  • Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business “by the numbers”. Must be metrics-driven.
  • Organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to apply them to internal processes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce and B2B Communication
  • Relevant experience in roles requiring digital marketing, social media (paid, owned and earned), creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
  • Bachelors & Masters degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage
  • Track record of managing social media channels or projects
  • Demonstrated intense customer focus.
  • Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.
  • Sharp, analytical, and thoughtful. Thoroughly thinks through problems to come up with solutions.
