· Brand management experience within a major FMCG company or significant experience in handling private brands for a major retail chain.
· General management experience managing the P&L for a business with significant revenues
· Deep experience running Private Label FMCG businesses for nationally recognized retailers
· Experience with all of the following functional skills: brand development, product development and requirements definition, product sourcing (including negotiating with manufacturers), and quality assurance.
· Experience in merchandising and selling Private Label products / branded products to end customers within a nationally recognized retailer
- Experience in food industry (launching new products / innovation)
