Sr. Marketing Manager - Amazon Devices

Amazon Devices is seeking a hands-on and customer-obsessed seasoned marketing professional for defining and delivering the customer engagement strategy for Amazon Devices. As the owner of customer engagement, the Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with global and local marketing and product development teams to craft online and offline channel programs that educate and engage our customers. He /she will own key marketing engagement metrics and will be responsible for uncovering customer insights that will help us understand and engage our customers better. He/she will think like an analytical marketer, but be able to write effectively to connect with our customers on the topics they care about. He/She will also serve as an internal thought leader who raises the bar on marketing creative and copy. An ideal candidate would be deeply passionate about understanding customer needs, motivations, behaviors and would have a track record of conceptualizing and delivering creative marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Work with multiple business groups and functional areas to deliver high impact creative programs/projects. Own creation and execution of integrated marketing and communications plans across multiple channels (e.g., email, website, social and offline) for an Amazon device category.
- Be the voice of customer - Own collection and reporting of customer insights to fellow team members and leadership. Ensure that customer insights get incorporated in the short term and long term product roadmaps
- Own the analysis and reporting of key engagement initiatives and associated metrics to senior leadership.
- Identify best practices and author playbooks to drive a best-in-class experience across all touch points with a customer.
