The Advertising Technologies group in Amazon is building the infrastructure to meet the needs of advertisers and publishers in this rapidly changing industry. We power advanced online advertising programs for some of the world's largest websites, including Amazon.com and other prime online properties. We build the technology to show the right ad to the right customer at the right time.
As a member of this team you will utilize your strong programming skills in R, Python, Perl or Java, and leverage your strong data modeling and relational and non-relational database skills to help us design and deliver Amazon's next generation of planning & forecasting system for A9. You will drive implementation and maintenance of business rules, databases, data pipelines, and other Amazon Web Service (AWS) technologies. Along the way, you will gain and leverage a unique understanding of various data structures and systems within Amazon; from the numerous databases and software systems to the details of our capacity planning models and business metrics.
