This key leadership role is for a functional manager to help us manage our PeopleSoft Development Team. You will build and manage a team of world-class PeopleSoft Team You will be the escalation point for any functional issues, and provide direction and leadership to functional employees and consultants. Your team will establish functional best practices, create and manage standards and documentation, and own the functional specifications for the HR system.
You must have strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work with business users globally to understand business requirements. You will develop relationships and work with leaders and end users in HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, and Stock to understand requirements and design functional solutions.
You and your team will work on all project phases including fit/gap, requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing. You will create business requirements documents, system configuration documents, detailed functional specification documents, test plans and test cases, and user training documents.
