Job Description

Amazon FinOps and Payroll Academy Training Team is seeking an organized, flexible and customer obsessed Training Coordinator.
The Training Coordinator organizes and supports various programs to promote the learning and development. This position is responsible for partnering with our existing team to schedule and organize FinOps and Payroll Academy training events, programs and initiatives. In addition to partnering with members of our Learning and Talent Development team, the coordinator must build effective working relationships with our partners in HR, Recruiting, subject matter experts, corporate leaders, various outside vendors and, of course, our learners to deliver on our customer promise.

Training Content Development and Delivery
· Deliver Payroll Academy courses to new hires and existing payroll teams in HYD and Pune with the highest customer obsession and outstanding effectiveness;
· Develop global training content on payroll processes, tools and country specific legislation framework of selected countries;
· Adapt global training content to the local needs and vice versa;
· Apply best learner engagement strategies in order to offer outstanding learning experience to the Payroll Academy learners;
· Provide front-line support to learners by the proactive needs analysis.

Training Support
· Promote Payroll Academy offering to the payroll teams in India and other regions

· Manage communications for training programs;
· Effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders to ensure learning content and information is accurate and current;
· Calendar management and event coordination
· Execute learning processes using SharePoint, Outlook, Excel and our Learning Management System;
· Distribute, construct and analysis of learning evaluations and producing summary reports of participant feedback;
· Facilitate and deliver training

Basic Qualifications

  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance or Payroll
  • Desired: Training, Learning & Development qualification
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of flexibility
  • English native or proficient
  • 2-5 years of Process or System Training delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Shared Services experience
  • Hands-on payroll experience
  • Experience with event or education management
