Mobile is already the most used medium for how customers interact with Amazon and the web in general, and especially so among millenials. The mobile business team is starting a brand new team focused on feature education and ingress for amazon’s flagship mobile shopping app. The team will be responsible for envisioning and owning the customer experience of all mobile marketing initiatives across amazon’s website and in app properties.
- Build, lead and develop a multifunctional team of engineering talent and create expectations/key deliverables for the customer experience team
- Build new features across both backend and frontend technologies to deliver value for our customers
- Collaborate and build partnerships with development teams across amazon
- Be customer focused and relentless is ensuring the best website experience through features owned by the team
- Define, measure and report on key business metrics for the team.
