Job Description

Sr. TSAs are strong technical resources who will understand the technical nuances involved in developing and delivering light weight operational tools. They will also be responsible for configuring and maintaining the end user tools. They will actively contribute towards developing new features and also on improving the existing functionality of the system which will in turn deliver higher business impact. A successful STSA will liaise with multiple technical and operational teams to gather new requirements , understand existing problems and comes up with technical solutions.

A fine fit to this role will require

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Ownership of one or more operational tools or components
  • Owns and drives functional improvement projects
  • Collection and presentation of relevant application performance statistics
  • Release and Deployment of configurations to the production/test environment
  • Performs entry-level programming tasks associated with the configuration, debugging, and support of software applications and tools in a particular domain area.

Basic Qualifications

  • B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • At least 2 - 4 years of experience in Coding / Level 3 Support
  • Experience in Java or open source based technologies. Understanding of XML based applications.
  • Experience in technologies like HTML, Struts, Spring, Web services, APIs, Swing, SWT etc.
  • Detailed knowledge of the UNIX/Linux operating system commands and tools
  • Detailed knowledge and hands on MySQL / MSSQL / Oracle experience needed
  • Demonstrated skill and passion for problem solving and operational excellence.
